Dramatic dashcam video shows a shootout between a Florida deputy and a convicted felon who had recently been released from prison. Authorities said Andrew Coffee was pulled over for riding a scooter without a tag. The footage shows him punching Deputy Chris Lester in the face before gunfire erupts.
