Jordan Elias Norris has now filed an excessive force lawsuit against the Tennessee cops. Three Tennessee deputies have been suspended after video shows 18-year-old Jordan Elias Norris repeatedly being tased while being pinned down to a restraint chair. He was reportedly left with 40 pairs of Taser burns during the ordeal. He has now launched a claim against the Cheatham County Jail workers accusing them of using excessive force, failure to protect and deprivation of civil rights.
