Incredible video was shot Christmas eve of a very rare visitor to the shallow coastal waters of Japan. A giant squid was sighted in the marina of Toyama Bay. These enormous creatures are normally found only in the deep ocean. The diver who shot this video estimated the mollusk was nearly four meters long, or about 13 feet. The squid eventually made its way away from the marina and out to sea.
